Service ids should not contain the same id twice #20

It seems like when getting the service ids the keys are duplicate in the json data returned by the service (which seems to be the case when a service is restarted since the registration times are different) We should modify the query to only have each id once with the latest registration time

For reference, quering for the mensa service has more than 100 different entries with duplicate agent ids
