Add support for limesurvey #28

The success model meta model should be addjusted to support surveys from limesurvey.

Note that we will need to add more information to the model itself such as the URL of the LimeSurvey instance and potentially also credentials information such that other users who are part of the community can also inspect the responses even if they, themselves did not create this survey
