the Actual HTC-Vive Build seems to have the World attached to the head, which leaves the user motionless inside the Application.

I tested the Vive Application also with Microsoft Mixed Reality. The startup screen shows Head Tracked VR but then inferres WINDOWS_NOVR. Maybe THAT is the bug....
