Filemaker doesn't have „Keep Afloat“ or anything other Afloat-selections in Window-menu of apple task bar #44

We have Filemaker 13 on El Capitan 10.11.6. How to keep it afloat? Because it doesn't show the Afloat-App-menupoints in „Window“ of the Apple-Task-Bar.
