Release auto migration fix to staging environment #19

This pull request should test the fix implementation to the staging environment for auto migration on start up.

Not working. Getting a permissions error. standard_init_linux.go:219: exec user process caused: exec format error. It could also be an architecture issue as well https://github.com/perara/wg-manager/issues/69
