The app works identically, regardless of m1 or Intel, so I suspect there's something different about your setup that is causing an issue here. The accessibility permission toggle doesn't have any bearing on whether or not an app can be uninstalled, so if you were to successfully uninstall it then it would have to be quit.
Which version of Middle are you trying to run? 1.8?
Let's troubleshoot it from a known starting point, and if you don't mind, a screen recording would definitely help:
Hi, I create a video from the beggining installing the app, after that i can't do anything with the app, in video I opened fusion to test and middle button not working here is the video https://drive.google.com/file/d/16SMEMa-R-7tY7Sz2if2wXdYLWPbJNA9y/view?usp=sharing
Thanks for the video! I'm not 100% sure what would cause this, so it might take a couple of tries for me to get a build that fixes it. I'll keep you posted when I have something to try out and if I need further logs.
In the meantime, it might be helpful to know what is already logged. Check the following places: ~/Library/Containers/com.knollsoft.MiddleLauncher/Data/Library/Application Support/Middle/middleHelper.log ~/Library/Application Support/Middle/middle.log
One more thing: Did you see any crash reports for Middle in the Console app?
Hi, no crash reports in console, this imac was bought yesterday. Here is the output of the files you ask.
middleHelper.log

Hi, just to let you know... I tried multitouch app from you and it works....
Hi again... I found the issue, it's working now... The problem is that I migrated all the data from old imac to new one, so, the license referes to old imac. I just deleted folder in ~\Library\Application Support\Middle and the apps asks to license again, não all works well.
Thank you for the help
Whew, thanks for figuring that out and posting back. I was just getting ready to send you a build with increased logging; this just saved a lot of our time.
