macOS Finder: Back + Forward command missing #134

Hi,

as I'm trying Multitouch.app more and more I just found out, that one important command is missing.

I can select to go 'Back' and 'Forward' within browsers. But that doesn't work for macOS finder. Is there any chance to change this command that it also works within finder for macOS?

For gestures, here is how this is done:

Make two of the same gesture, but restrict them as desired to the specified app so that when it is frontmost then the corresponding action is performed.

This currently is not doable for keyboard / mouse button remapping. It's on my backlog to allow the same app restrictions for buttons.

Sorry, I meant the mouse gestures for finder - actually the same gestures like using for browsers. Keyboard with 3 finger swipe within finder already works without any additional software or addons as it is integrated into macOS.

You could map your mouse buttons to cmd+] and cmd+[ for forward and backward. I think this is common for browsers & finder, and this is all that Multitouch would do behind the scenes if I created an action for it.

Sadly I cannot try it anymore, as it says that I have 0 days remaining of my trial.

Actually I want to buy it after I tested it enough. Unfortunately I installed it a few days earlier but couldn't try it during this time.

The app still remains fully functional for an extended period of time after the trial ends, but the purchase window will remain displayed.
