Todo Mode Hotkey (⌃ + ⌥ + B) Does Not Toggle Off Todo Mode

Todo Mode Hotkey (⌃ + ⌥ + B) Not Working

I've encountered an issue with the Rectangle application. The hotkey for Todo Mode (⌃ + ⌥ + B) is not functioning as expected.

Expected Behavior: The hotkey (⌃ + ⌥ + B) should toggle Todo Mode on and off.

Actual Behavior: The hotkey (⌃ + ⌥ + B) does not toggle off Todo Mode.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Activate Todo Mode using the hotkey (⌃ + ⌥ + B).
2. Attempt to deactivate Todo Mode using the same hotkey.
