Repositionning and resizing windows is super slow for Chrome #912

macOS version: 12.5.1 Rectangle version: v0.59 (65)

It works well for Safari and other apps and this behaviour is only present for chrome.

Chrome version is the most recent: Version 105.0.5195.102 (Official Build) (arm64)
