1 year ago To achieve this, you'll want to create your App Layout for all of your apps, and check the box for "Only execute on frontmost app"
That way you have one command that will operate on each app as desired.

Loving Rectangle Pro so far and use the Window Throw feature a ton, via the middle mouse button.
Though there's one thing that I think would really help a bunch, which is the ability to set some sort of app-specific throw command. For example, Messages.app, Telegram, Spark, are all apps that I have a different size for that are just comfortable positions I prefer.
Here's how I envision this working:
In app layouts I would establish a "default" position and size for a particular app. Then, I could have a single action, perhaps called an "app-specific default" where depending on which app is being interacted with, it would take whatever default instruction was there. I'd set it up with my favorite spot for each app, and then I'd have just a singular command to set each app in its place, while using that app.
This is different than an app layout where I set everything all at once, as I might not be trying to affect all apps at the same time.
Anyways, keep up the good work. This app is great.
