Rules when application start?

Is there a way to achive something like this? For example window remembers last location and opens there. Or maybe a rule when app starts its put in desired location with desired size? I'm using rectangle pro. I know there are layouts but i need press keybinds each time when i relaunch some apps.

This is on my backlog - just haven't gotten to it yet. I'll give it a bump and hopefully get to it soon.

Would love this also, I like my windows in the same spots and sometimes they reset - would be neat if I didn't have to do a key combo :)
