Un-maximizing does not restore window size to original dimensions when using edge gaps

Issue

When maximizing a window and then restoring, the window will now be smaller.

Expected result

Maximizing and then restoring should return the window to its original position and dimensions

Steps to reproduce

• Enable gaps and "Apply window gaps to screen edges"
• Maximize (either via menu option or keyboard shortcut)
• Trigger Maximize again to restore window position
