Bottom two-thirds on display with 16:18 aspect ratio

The "bottom two-thirds" layout is wrong on my 16:18 display (see screenshot): the window covers two-thirds vertically instead of horizontally.

This is unintuitive, but it is actually intended functionality. On portrait oriented displays, many of the commands are rotated.

As a workaround, you can make a quick custom shortcut to get what you want:
