New Rectangle Pros - not functioning #300

Hi guys.

I just purchased and upgraded to Rectangle Pro today but now everything is Grayed out and I can't use existing shortcuts or even these options in the menu bar items to interact with any apps.

I've already enabled Accessibility access for Rectangle Pro.

Not sure what is wrong. Please advise! Thank you.

Thanks for purchasing.

This means that the accessibility permissions in macOS are out of sync.

Try the following:

  1. Close Rectangle Pro if it's running
  2. In System Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Accessibility, first disable Rectangle Pro, then remove it.
  3. Restart your Mac
  4. Launch Rectangle Pro and enable settings for it as prompted.

Let me know if you still have issues.

I just tried that (not sure if in the exact same order) but I will give it another shot and report back :) Thank you. I appreciate your timely response! Love the app--it is my most-used software on this Mac.

For others if you get stuck like this, on Step #2 it was the removal (by clicking " - " with Rectangle selected) that helped reset it.
