[x] This is a new bug that hasn't been documented in a closed issue or in the Readme.
Adding new shortcuts with specific window dimensions does not always follow the cycle rule defined in the settings. The only rule that works is the "Cycle Through Displays" one. Setting the "Move to Adjacent Display on Left or Right" does not work and won't move the window at all. I assume this comes from the fact that the custom rule requires the user to specify the Docking Position, which might break the rule.
I'm not sure if this is a bug or should be a feature request. However, I would expect to have the same behavior between Rectangle Pro's Shortcut and Custom Shortcut.
Using these custom shortcuts:
First Three Fifths
Docking Position : Left
Dimensions : W 3/5, H 1
Display : Unchanged
Use as a snap target : []
Last Two Fifths
Docking Position : Right
Dimensions : W 2/5, H 1
Display : Unchanged
Use as a snap target : []
macOS version: Ventura 13.4.1
Rectangle version: v3.0 (141)
