App Layout not working #371

Hi Ryan,

I usually have several desktops with my macbook and I set up an app layout that become active when computer is waking up. Apps layouts are not working for me. Usually work on the desktop hat it is select when waking up but not in the other, other times in any and some others after a while apps are arrange without no axction from my side.

Is there a problem with the configuration or how can we solve this? Sorry for not responding sooner on this. If you don't mind, can you export your config and attach it? There's a button in the settings tab of the preferences window.
