[Feature Request] Window Throw Active App Window Based on Pointer's Display's location.

I'd like to request a feature that allows for window throw on a the second display when the pointer is on second screen, enabling the window to move to the display where the pointer start location is, rather than staying on window's/application's origin screen. [Feature Request] Move Active Window Based on Pointer's Display's location.

• Activate an app (e.g., Safari) on Display 1.
• Position the cursor on Display 2.
• Press the window throw hotkey to move the window.
• The active window (Safari) moves/aligns/manages to where the cursor is (Display 2). for example first half of display 2.

This makes sense to me, and I would like to add this in at some point, although I don't have a timeframe for it at the moment.
