[Feature Request] Modify repeated commands or left/right half options for vertical screens #479

Hello,

My current workflow leverages the repeated commands option to move apps between screens using the 'move to adjacent screen' options. I mostly use the left/right half commands to position the app where I need it in my workspace.

When using a vertical screen, there is a lot of friction added since the moment the app gets to the vertical screen it stretches to the height of the screen since it it's logically following the left/right half notion.

Would it be possible to add an option to swap left/right half with top/bottom half when triggering rectangle pro on a vertical screen?

I just realised this might be a duplicate of #219 but leaving it open in case it is slightly different.
