Copy/cut whole line if selection empty #209

Now the behavior will be similar to all other editors. I was very surprised that nothing happens if there is no selection

Ops. I did not notice that there is a plugin with such functionality. But it has drawbacks.

@rxi, Should I close this pr and send the changes to the plugin? And if so, why do you think that copy/cut/paste should be implemented in third party plugins?
