Bump Maven 1 to version 1.1 #143

In order to package the optional dependencies from LibreOffice, Maven is needed. As the Maven packages in T2 SDE are a bit outdated, I decided to give them some love.

This Pull Request bumps the version of Maven 1 to 1.1.

Did you need and test it? Do we still need the *1 package?

I guess the maven (not 1) package could need an updated, too?
