In this application, users will be able to submit tickets (requests for help) with their coding work, technical questions, etc. Tickets will be created to be addressed by technicians. This application models the AskBCS and JIRA ticket systems.

The developer will be responsible for adding the #edit form to the bottom-left half of the individual ticket page.
This developer will likely benefit from reaching out the Anthony Walker to ask about the structure of the #create form inside the dashboard's drawer. These two forms will be nearly identical - can we figure out a way to not repeat ourselves?
Acceptance criteria: The bottom half of the individual ticket page has been split into two columns, the left column has a form identical to the wireframe.
