In this application, users will be able to submit tickets (requests for help) with their coding work, technical questions, etc. Tickets will be created to be addressed by technicians. This application models the AskBCS and JIRA ticket systems.

Individual ticket page Visual Elements - Bottom Half pt. 2 - RATED 6 #43
The developer will set up the vertical timeline element documenting the logged actions on an individual ticket.
Acceptance criteria:
[ ] The bottom half of the page should be split into two columns
[ ] The rightmost column should hold a stylized timeline element - this will likely be constructed through custom CSS, though there are some examples built using bootstrap available for import or inspiration: https://freefrontend.com/bootstrap-timelines/
[ ] The timeline will be vertically oriented. For the time being, all timeline items will be references to messages added to the log table.
As a stretch-goal, we may add a "type" feature to the log model to indicate if it was a status change, message added, etc.
[ ] Each timeline item will need a "timeline-item" class. Each timeline item will need a "data-id" attribute referencing the log's id.
[ ] The timeline element should match the broad-strokes outlined by the wireframe.
