replace the existing filter SearchPageFilter with FrontController servlet whose responsibility is to forward request to corresponding jsf

Example INPUT and OUPUT

INPUT request: dictionary.cn/en would FORWARD to: dictionary.cn/search.xhtml?language=en
INPUT request: dictionary.cn/en/hello would FORWARD to: dictionary.cn/search.xhtml?language=en&word=hello
