Name of related component: Management API

Request summary:
I would like to be able to access Analytics Notifications.  On the website the 
bell on the top right where it displays information about the current set up of 
the account

Use Cases:

Be able to notify customers in my application if there are issues with there 
account.

Create a script that automatically emails, me pings me, tweets me, when there 
are issues with my account.
