Name of related component: Measurement Protocol

Request summary:
Multiplateform developers (iOS, Android, Windows Phone) are using measurement 
protocol to share same stats for multiple installations of the same product. A 
mobile app, a game or any multiplateform app sharing same source code.

Use Cases:
When using Measurement Protocol, we want an option to send IDFA to follow 
installations on iOS.
