We are getting this error message when running our GA API code from our 
production server (USA). I didn't get this when running it locally (in South 
Africa).

We've tried generating a key by proxying through the US server, but it hasn't 
helped.

Our IP is v6 (2606:2e00:0:3f:225:90ff:fea6:9720).

This is working now. I think that we may have forgotten to add the service 
account to GA after creating it via a proxy.

This issue can be closed.

Glen, what did you do more exactly to add the service account to GA? We started 
getting the same error as you did just around mid september.

I'm not actually sure if it was because of the service account not being added 
to GA, since we did do that the first time.

We added the service account to the view.

It's possible that this issue resolved itself or was resolved by Google. It's 
unclear though.
