The CPU utilization is too high!!!! #33

When I run the demo in a single thread on the Jetson NX development board, the CPU occupied 101%. When running in multiple threads, the execution efficiency is very low. There's not enough time to unpack Many packets, and the timestamps of two adjacent packets will differ by 0.2s. At the same time, the pps signal is also converted to RS485 level to Mid-40.
