A system for picking random special events has been implemented. Currently, one random special event is picked per year (in addition to fixed events for that year). The system is fairly simple, and may need some more work later on, but it seems to work fine for now.
The reputation "system" is pretty basic at the moment, but it should do everything it needs to do!
