Refresh should be a safe operation

Accidentally navigating to a new page should allow you to come back and pick up where you left off NOT related to save to cloud / export to excel

Refreshing is now a safe operation

If you accidentally navigate to a new page, or if you need to hit refresh because the page is acting up, it will not get rid of the changes you made. This is NOT the same as save to cloud. It will continue to wait for you to click the "save to cloud" button. Otherwise all changes are only local.
