Add / remove / edit custom columns

@all this is done.

You can now add / edit / delete / reorder your own custom columns.

Some notes:

• All of the editing can be accessed by going to the mission board followed by clicking "edit columns"
• By default, editing columns will only change the current day you have selected
• If you click the "Apply changes to all days in this session" button, it will TRY to make those changes for the rest of those days (if a day doesn't have the same column you want to delete / change the name of, it will be ignored)
• If you click the "save as default columns" button, it will save the currently shown column configuration as the default for your squadron. This means any day in the future, that you haven't already scheduled for will default to these columns
• There are 2 columns you cannot delete: 1. brief 2. land. You can change these names all you want (see faq below), but you cannot delete them because they represent the start and end time of the line.
• If changing column names, they must be unique

FAQ:

1. I want the conflict calculations to be performed off takeoff time not brief time, is that possible now? Yes, you can now do this. The default column used for calculation is brief. You can now change this column to any name you want. You cannot delete it however. So you can change the name to "takeoff" but you will have to update the times. If you save this as your default column configuration, then it will default to that in the future.

2. I want to change what data shows up on the default schedule page, can I do that? Not yet, but soon.

3. Can I reorder the name / remarks columns Not currently. No one seems to want that as a possibility. If you want that, tell me and I'll make it happen.
