Add "status" for each flight

The status (effective / CNX with reason) can now be added per line. To change the event status, you can do so on the mission board for each day:

• Clicking on the column header "status" marks all lines for that day effective
• The 6 standard cancellation reasons are listed. If you need additional reasons let me know:

Marking the status is useful for the RAP board:

• The RAP board will show cancelled flights
• You can now choose to show or hide cancelled flights on the RAP board
• The RAP board auto-updates status as you are scheduling just like throwing pucks (as long as you see "Connected" in the top right hand corner)
• Unmarked events are shown in orange, effective events are shown in green
• A legend is shown at the bottom in case you forget, but can be hidden if you are an expert
• "Sell Mode" makes the colors easier to see on each event. If you want more features for sell mode let me know.

Future: DO Board

• Show aggregation of status data (effective / cnx)
• Show aggregation of RAP data (ex: how many more lines are required to get everyone to rap this month?)
• Etc.
