It would be nice to have a cli that could generate (using projen perhaps) a sane skeleton for a new stochastic service, including documentation (docusaurus), and tests.

[ ] Generate skeleton with sane defaults
[ ] What about mono-repos and tsconfig?
[ ] Set up docusaurus
