[Problem] 'rnix-lsp' has been removed as it is unmaintained #115

The rnix-lsp has been removed from nixpkgs. We need to add a pinned nixpkgs to continue using rnix-lsp or consider dropping it and selecting another lsp solution.

The lastest commit for rnix-lsp is a66dd462a826c9248ed25f5a93a2376d39375d81
