临时状态我们可能根本不想存储，可以直接丢弃 这种一般是什么场景, 丢掉状态的话, 下次CI/CD 跑的话不会有问题吗? 比如云上资源已经创建过, 会不会冲突?

@defp 额快三年前的文章，上下文我也丢失掉了，只能猜测，可能是一些临时用的自动化测试资源？每次测完就销毁了，所以没啥必要保存。
