Implement Add Cast and Add Award functionality #8

For this work on adding in the capability to add cast to a movie/tv show and awards to these as well. We will need new forms and controls and a button to confirm all changes.

I'm fairly certain I have this working now! I can't be positive since Entity Framework appears to have issues on my home computer, but I will test this tomorrow at school and update.

I discovered a bug with adding cast and awards to the database. Working on a solution now.

This is complete, but I suppose it could be improved on if we had more time to work on this project.
