I think the first thing to build would be a display of the user's clients. A list of names with their phone numbers, address, email, bday and notes. 2014-11-03 14 48 02 2014-11-03 14 48 23

I don't really know how to plan to build something, so if you don't mind maybe we can have a conversation about it to start :)

I rarely plan BTW. I just go in there and tear shit up until it works.
