Export background issue #24

Hello,

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When exporting to full vector PDF, even ticking the "show background", the 
exported page is blank and no background is shown. This is true for all 
backgrounds for full vector A4 page .

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v8.2 @ HC 3.2.1 HTC Flyer

I am having exactly the same problem on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 plus, with 
version 8.6
