What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.palm shield on, hand rest on bottom of screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Pen does not write with hand on bottom of screen

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Newest version, 8.6.  Android 3.1

Please provide any additional information below.
Using a rocketfish stylus on Toshiba thrive

Eric, My Rocketfish stopped working last fall. It didnt matter what program I 
used. As the winter set in the conductive rubber stylus's failed. I tried 
several.
