.Net Framework error after upgrading to Windows 8.1 #91

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. During starting win-sshfs, the error message will appear. Then press 
'continue' will start it, but can not show manager.  

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No error message

What version of the product are you using?

win-sshfs: 0.0.15
Client OS: Windows 8.1
Server OS: N/A
Ssh server: N/A

Please provide any additional information below.

You can see issue15 and issue17,it seems it's the same problem .
You can download the sshfs and it will work temply.

I am also with for a new release version of sshfs to solve those issue. -_-||
