Crafts aren't saved after clearing them with Shift+Copy. #42

Describe the bug When using Shift + Copy to clear zero-quantity items, the crafts aren't immediately saved.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use Shift + Copy to remove zero quantity crafts.
  2. Restart the application.
  3. Confirm that the previously removed craft is still present.

Expected behavior Crafts should be saved when modified, included when removed.
