A partically blocked popup results in a frozen page (no scrollbar), and a modal overlay.
Not needed, as the problem is obvious.

As a workaround, simply clicking on, or refreshing the page, fixes the issue too.
I also noticed these scripts running on the affected site, without being blocked by any of my privacy filters:

Are they blockable, or are they well known scripts that are known to cause some type of breakage, if prevented from running?
