An overzealous filter rule hiding whole pages on paylane.pl/devzone #1486

https://paylane.pl/devzone/ and subpages, e.g. https://paylane.pl/devzone/wstep/

What happens?

The whole <html> tag is hidden, because it matches the .cookies-not-set:not(body) css rule, as it has this class and is not body. In result the whole page is white. If I manually remove the cookies-not-set class from the <html> tag, then I can see the page.
