Horizontal Scroll Bar for Code Display Sections does not Fit a Color Scheme #14

The scroll bar in "code display" sections (as seen in this blogpost) is a dark orange color which doesn't really match the syntax highlighting color scheme (nor that of the site as a whole)

NOTE: This is a very low priority fix, but an easy change to make

Closing this issue as it no longer appears to apply, despite not having changed the code. May reopen in the future after more investigation.
