Blogposts do not list author #9

Currently, the actual post pages on my blog do not list the author. This may seem redundant (since the site is titled ryanbran.ch) but for the sake of avoiding ambiguity I would like to designate my authorship at the top of each post.

A formatting change such as "Written by Ryan Branch on ..." inserted before the date could work quite well.

Fixed with the most recent jekyanbranch pull request and ryanbranch.github.io rebuild commit.
