Problem with history in invisible mode on IE8 #112

1. goto 
http://closure-library.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/closure/goog/demos/history2.html
 with 
IE8
2. click some buttons to change history state
3. click the back button of the browser -> the history state does not change 
back

Although, if you switch to IE7 compatibility in IE8, it works.

This was tested on Vista and XP.

goog.History has changed a lot since 2010 February.
Is it still an issue?

Can still replicate on IE8.
