WebGoat is all in lower cases in the Url -> the lesson can't be passed #67

in the lesson "Spoof an Authentication Cookie" there is an Url on the start 
page of this lesson:
<a href=/webgoat/attack?Screen=56&menu=1800> Goat Hills Financial</a>

Text "WebGoat" is all in lower cases, though this URL is sensitive to cases
This leads to error when using Url.

Expected: correction of the Url.
WebGoat 5.4. Win7 + FF
