Cannot save changes to lists #428

Describe the bug When editing my lists and adding or removing mods, pressing save appears to make the changes, but shows the error toast "Failed to update mods!". Reloading the page resets the list to before.

I have tried without a VPN in case it was some kind of anti-bot measure, without any effect. This issue affects newly-created and existing lists. I can still modify the settings successfully, just not the mods. This occurs on my phone too.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Remove or add a mod from the list
  2. Press "Save"
  3. See error toast

Expected behavior For my changes to the mods would be permanent, and to see the "Mods updated" toast.

I've just seen this PR (https://github.com/ryanccn/moddermore/pull/421), I should've checked before, oops. I'll close this issue once it's merged :)
