Manual install doesnt work unless you rename a file

To manually install you need to rename the vivid-zsh.plugin.zsh file to vivid-zsh.zsh

The docs is outdated, it should be source ~/.zsh/vivid-zsh/vivid-zsh.plugin.zsh
