Make pinging on messenger ping in discord, and vice versa #7

@Aqua-duck is the idea to make it so you can do @Ryan Lanigan on discord and it'll pop up with the right tag on Facebook, or @Omegam on discord and that'll get translated on the Facebook side to @Ryan Lanigan?

@ryanclanigan The latter Make it so that if I ping @Omegam on discord it pings @Ryan Lanigan on messenger, and vice versa

I think that has the serious problem of mismatches though. For example if Bob Bobberson is on Facebook but not on Discord, now Discord folks have no way of tagging him. It'd could be both with special syntax maybe?

Like each user would have to register somehow with a user on the other service, but then if there is no other user to register to, they could do something like $$ tag 'Bob Bobberson': <message>, which would tag any user with that name on the other platform
