hi-res toolbar button support for Processwire CKEditor plugins ...my first git commit & pull request - go easy on me!

Thanks for the PR @bazbazhub. I will be adding this for sure, but am delaying on it just because I don't have the equipment necessary to test it. But will be keeping an eye out for an opportunity to do so (maybe a good reason to go to the apple store and play on their computers for a bit!).
